Despite being told as a young girl she shouldn’t go near the digital space, Shireen Mitchell went on to found Digital Sisters and Stop Online Violence Against Women, the first organization dedicated to bringing women and girls of color online. This week she joins Damian Collins MP to discuss the movement she created and her observations on voter suppression on social media during the 2016 election.
